I'll state: I'm an atheist, but this disgusts me. This, to me, would be similar to walking into a church and pissing on the altar. While there is ONE church I'd do something similar (piss on the pastor, not altar) the westboro baptist church, the only reason these people are doing it is because they can't take away the rosaries.

You know, it doesn't bother me so much. Unless they've been blessed, they're just beads. And I'm willing to bet these kids aren't going out to have them blessed after they buy them.

I also tend to live in hope. Maybe one of these kids is one day going to look at the beads and say, "Hey, I wonder what these are really all about?"

So now gangs are flashing rosaries; a few years ago, girls were wearing them as jewellery.
