I'll state: I'm an atheist, but this disgusts me. This, to me, would be similar to walking into a church and pissing on the altar. While there is ONE church I'd do something similar (piss on the pastor, not altar) the westboro baptist church, the only reason these people are doing it is because they can't take away the rosaries.

Dec. 17th, 2009 01:54 amwell, I think the laptop may have just kicked the bucket. Was reading with the laptop running (it was damn near always running, I ran IRC, Pidgin, and Firefox on it at all times), looked back over to a black screen. Now it won't boot. takes 10+ minutes at the Windows loading screen, then goes to a black screen. Safe mode gets in, but goes slow as all hell.
The cpu fan has been dead over a year. Yet its still ran. I have it sitting on two small boxes with the area under it open. Its gotten a bit hot at times, but never had issues.
With the desktop ram and video card dying, and now the laptop...I'm likely to end up heavily depressed again. I can't play WoW, as my ram causes crit errors within 5 minutes of logging in. Its what I used to get away from the depression, now I can't do that. And I have no money for parts or repairs.
I kinda wish I was a bit famous online sometimes...if only so I could put a paypal button up and actually expect something...

PETS: Well, I'll list the ones here. Regale, male tabby. Critter, female cat, used to be mine, around 16-18 years old. Big Dog, well, name fits. Those three are allowed inside regularly. We also have Kea, another female cat, occasionally allowed in. Clueless marks things, so can't come in. Male cat.
LIST THE 3-5 BIGGEST THINGS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE:
1. Dealing with my back problems.
2. Working for my mother, hoping I can find something that allows me to afford to get out of here.
3. Hoping to move back to OK, or to either Dallas (much as I'm not a fan of texas, dallas would have more job opportunities) or somewhere east. I've lived all but 2 years of my life in the central area of the US, and 24 years is NOT enough to even slightly consider it home.
4. Losing contact with a lot of friends. Regaining contact, at least through facebook/myspace, with quite a few of my former classmates.
5. Playing warcraft, FINALLY leveling an alliance (less than a month to get to 70, now to get further :P) Can't raid due to dying video card, and possibly RAM and other parts, but cant afford new ones.

Nov. 22nd, 2009 03:24 pmWish I lived alone...so I wouldn't have to put up with Thanksgiving and other "Holidays". No, I don't celebrate them, except Halloween. No, I don't give a damn how the house looks during them.
Honestly, I'd be happy to give up the presents at christmas to escape the family meals and being around a bunch of people, that, quite frankly, I'd rather avoid when I'm feeling GOOD, let alone annoyed.
Yes, I'm anti-social. Its one of my many MERITS. People suck. Family suck more.

Birthday was okay. Went out to lake thunderbird with friends, even went out on a small boat. (had a small sail, no wind >.<, rowing time, though I wasnt rowing).
Took a good bit o painkillers just to get there, by the time we left there to go to friends house and watch movies, they were no longer in effect. So, from about 10pm to 5am ish I was in pain. A lot of it.
Also: when you have serious backpain, I-40 crosstown is hell. will NOT be driving over that short of being on at least 2-3 lortab at once.
Also started hitting severe depression as night wore on. Much of it just due to pain, but not all. Bah. back to suicidal thoughts. >.

Also: damn near solo-healed OS10 in wow. raid heals died at 80% or so...so I was doing that AND healing MT/OT.
All in all, two deaths, one of which was 5 seconds before sarth died.
