varjosusihave re-installed...this time, Ubuntu Linux...
Which has already pissed me off, as they natively block you from logging into root...no su, but you can sudo...
HAD to fix that, hate having to remember to sudo every damn command I need root access =\
that, and it installs Gnome as the Default...which, as soon as I set up KDE and Fluxbox, Gnome is getting un-installed...I hate it...
also set up 1024x768 as max resolution...I damn well KNOW its not maxed at that, as I used 1400x1050 on Gentoo, as well as 1280x1024 and 1152x864...just need to go edit config files...
getting my mp3s back right now...
I wish reiserfs a slow and bloody death :P and I should have used ext3 on Gentoo, I'd still be on it...I love Gentoo, it just takes bloody AGES to install...and I didn't have ages to install...I wanted my system NOW. I wanted my music NOW...my beloved music, my beloved system...oh how I love thee...oops, did I say that out loud...hmmm, shouldn't have said that...
have Gaim and IRC running again, need to get wine and UO again...
