as I mentioned in my last post, I used an old comp case to hold my spool of wire for chainmail...here are pictures of it and a few necklaces...

works fairly well, though its not balanced very well, not difficult to tip it forward...

now, I just need to find a way of installing a stereo in this thing ;) and a bolt instead of a dowel rod
